Nice short stay at the Chiayi city centre

Very close to the train station and the property is clean and comfy. Staffs are friendly, a broad choice of the breakfast.

Room was comfy and a wide buffet spread for breakfast. Not too far from the bus and train transit centre. 20 min walk to the nearest night market.

A tad lower for the hotel price would be reasonable.

Outstanding breakfast and excellent staff

Almost everyone we encountered speak English. Nice seating on first floor and the lobby area with drinks and refreshments. All you can eat soft serve.

The bathroom door is also the shower door.

very nice breakfast, about 5-10mins walk to train station. It has spacious room. There are good staff who provides good customer service. there was welcome drink for you to choose and some snacks at night.

Very enjoyable. Clean, quiet and tidy room. Convenient location.

It is nice to have the snack bar providing ice cream, cookies, milk tea, etc. free of charge. The location is good because it is near to the train station. The room is clean, quiet and tidy. It would be even better if the breakfast can provide more varieties.

It would be nice if more choices can be provided for the breakfast.

Wonderful

Clean, spacious and well-designed rooms and facilities. Large balcony in rooms, bathroom door functioned also as shower door. Love the design and interior decoration of the whole hotel. Comprehensive service and considerate provisions for guests. Information sheets with QR codes to Google map lists of tourist attractions and food places as well as hotel information were provided. Very family and children friendly hotel. Air Hockey and Foosball tables as well as cookies, coffee and chocolate ice cream provided for adults and children at level 1. Large lounge space to sit and chat with a mural of Chiayi in the background. Umbrellas provided at the entrance. Good breakfast spread. Very near Ge Zai Lai Turkey Rice shop and RT Mart. Free BRT shuttle bus to HSR Chiayi from bus transfer station. About 27 minutes walk to Wenhua Night Market. Would recommend this place to families with young children and elderly to stay in Chiayi.

Location was walkable from the train station but we had to walk along the road with our luggage at some parts, a little challenging with elderly and children in the rain. Would be great if hotel could provide shuttle service to and from Chiayi Rear station.

It is very clean and spacious. Location is pretty close to the train station. They serve some cookies all day. Staffs are quite nice and helpful.

The design of the rooms is very modern.

We moved two beds together and found an open water bottle and a piece of tissue under the bed. I think the cleaning should be more thorough.

Dollar for dollar this is the best hotel I've found in Taiwan. It's comfortable, the breakfast is nice and the service amazing.

I'd always like to see more vegetarian options at breakfast.

Just a great quality hotel with decent food and perfect staff.

It's a really nice hotel with super-friendly, courteous staff. I don't like the city very much but it's a clean, modern hotel and everything is super easy. I arrived late at night and it was no problem.

They used to have real cheese for breakfast and they've replaced it with the oily mush cheese that only children and the mentally unwell enjoy.

Brilliant hotel one of the best in Taiwan

These guys have the hotel thing down pat. Imagine if you'd planned a perfect hotel, from the beds, to the chairs to the toilet. This is more or less what they've done. The bed was vast, the toilet had a bidet, the breakfast was good and the hotel staff polite. Basically, just a brilliant place to stay. They even had drip coffee as well as freshly-made coffee so you didn't have to wait come breakfast time.

I'd have loved them to have cooked the eggs fresh in breakfast and to have had slightly better bread.

Hotel is basically brand new. Room was excellent, huge TV and lots of USB sockets for charging. Staff really friendly, and very clean. Breakfast was really nice.
